RETURNS/EXCHANGE PROCESS



1. Contact support@quobbafins.com to obtain a Return Authorisation reference number (RA#), Warranty Claim form and a return shipping address.

2. Complete the Warranty Claim form.

3. Return the product, the completed Warranty Claim form and a copy of your purchase receipt (including the purchase date) to the return shipping address provided. The returned package must have the RA # clearly printed on the outside of the packaging. You are responsible for return postage costs.

4. Pack all items securely in a carton (or reuse the original packaging). Please make sure that all boxed items are securely enclosed and packed so as prevent damage during transit. We are not able to accept your return if the products may have been damaged in transit.

5. Quobba® will determine if the product is suitable for a warranty claim upon receipt.

6. Defective products will be replaced at no charge, including delivery charges.
